Mumbai, Nov 2 (UNI) The BSE Sensex on Tuesday slipped 109.44 pts to close at 60,029.06 as selling was seen in Metal, Energy and Materials stocks.

The Nifty of National Stock Exchange (NSE) too fell by 40.70 pts at 17,888.95.

The Sensex registered days high and low at 60,421.14 and 59,881.75 pts respectively.

The Nifty recorded days high and low at 18,012.25 and 17,847.60 pts respectively.
