    Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

    Synopsis

    In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks were trading in the green, while 29 stocks were trading in the red.

    NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Tuesday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

    Stocks that rallied over 10% included, S R Industries(14.92%), Econo Trade(I)(13.04%), Natural Capsule(12.45%), Allcargo Logistics(12.09%), Shreyas Ship(12.08%), Dr. Lalchandani Labs(11.8%), Puravankara (11.18%), Regent Enterprises (11.17%), Tube Investments(11.12%) and Raw Edge Industrial(10.48%).

    The 30-share Sensex traded 136.77 points down at 60001.69, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 32.85 points to 17896.8.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks traded in the green, while 29 stocks were in the red.

    Stocks such as RPP Infra Proj(PP), Amco India, K P Energy Ltd., Natural Capsule and Dr. Lalchandani Labs hit their fresh 52-week high, while Bharti Airtel(PP), Sharanam Infra, ThirdwaveFinIntrm, Rajasthan Petro and Systematix Sec touched their new 52-week low in trade.
