The Namakkal District Magistrate has been issued a warrant by a Paramathi court judge for failing to enforce the court decision regarding the alteration of Patta's name. R. Rasappan is a farmer from Kallipalayam, in the Paramathi Vellore district of Tamil Nadu. In the lease of his land, the names of the shrine Samis were added. In this context, Rasappan Paramathi had filed a court complaint.

Following the trial's end, a pro-Paramathi court judge issued an order in 2018 ordering the Samis' names to be removed from the Rasappan land lease and replaced with a new lease. The information was given to officials from the Revenue Department, including the district Collector and the governor of Paramathi Vellore. Patta, on the other hand, was put on hold for a long time without a name change. Following this, farmer Rasappan petitioned the court once more to have the court order carried out.

During the hearing, none of the officials, including the district Collector and the district governor, appeared in court. As a result, pro-Paramathi court judge Prabhakaran issued a warrant for the Namakkal district Collector's arrest today. The event has sparked outrage in Namakkal. This problem has already been covered by local cable stations, causing a stir among news outlets.
