A man dressed in a dark tracksuit is wanted by police for questioning after a body was found in the fire exit of a Sydney apartment block.
Emergency services were called to Dalmeny Avenue in Rosebery at about 9pm on October 8 after the body of a 33-year-old man was found in a fire exit.
CCTV footage released by NSW Police on Wednesday shows a man wearing a dark tracksuit, cap and white sneakers leave the scene shortly after.

Officers have established Strike Force Bernacchi to investigate the suspicious death and are wishing to speak with the man as part of inquiries.
The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm – 180cm tall, and of large build.
