B-town celebs are known for their luxurious and super-expensive homes and lifestyle. Film 'Dangal' actress Sanya Malhotra is also making the news for the same reason now. The stunning actress, who has carved a position for herself in the industry in a very short span of time, has just taken the big leap and bought a sprawling new apartment in the posh area of Mumbai. According to reports, the leading actress, who once used to stay in a one-bedroom apartment has recently bought a whopping Rs 14.3-crore worth apartment in the neighborhood of Mumbai's Andheri West. The report says that one Samir Bhojwani has sold the apartment located in the Bayview building on the Juhu Versova Link Road, to the actress. After getting this apartment for which she reportedly paid a stamp duty of Rs 71.5 lakh, Sanya has now become the neighbour of Hrithik Roshan, who bought two apartments worth almost Rs 100 crore last year in the same building. His apartments are spread across 38,000 sq ft with a 6,500 sq ft open-to-the-sky terrace, with access to 10 parking slots in the building. Coming back to the actress, in the year 2018 also, Sanya got a luxurious flat in Mumbai and at that time in conversation with ETimes, she had said, 'I guess when I shifted to Mumbai, I became more committed to this profession. Buying a house was a big step for me; it was definitely more of an emotional decision. I’ve always wanted to buy a house and it sure gave me a sense of stability. It feels great to have my own house now.' Talking about her work front, Sanya is keeping up busy with multiple projects in her kitty. She is currently occupied with the promotions of her upcoming web film. She will also be featuring in the crime thriller movie 'Love Hostel' alongside Vikrant Massey and Bobby Deol.
