MFS Africa acquires Baxi agent network

Pan-African digital payments service MFS Africa said it has signed an agreement to acquire Baxi, a Nigerian super-agent networks. MFS Africa said the deal is subject to approval from the Central Bank of Nigeria. It added that this would be the second-biggest fintech acquisition in Nigeria to date.
