Woke up, fell out of bed, took a normal crap. Had half a dozen raw oysters in a shooter glass with vegetable juice (V8) and hot sauce for an early breakfast. Worked out then had a late breakfast the same as the first breakfast. A few hours later I really had to hit the toilet. It was all Dia. I felt fine afterwards. Are the nutrients lost with the Dia, or are they assimilated first? I was wondering if the hot sauce was going to bother me as I was dumping it in the glass, now I know the answer.

You likely lost fluids & some level of nutrients, ranging from very little to almost all, but it's hard to say unless you let Heisman examine the loose stool sample. Time elapsed before bowel movement isn't always a good indicator, as those with iron stomachs often have the ability to fend off diarrhea & vomiting for a longer period of time than the average man.
However, if you could see 6 oysters swimming in your toilet bowl, you likely will need to replace most of the protein, zinc and other nutrients they made up in your macros.
