Franna has launched a modified line up of pick & carry cranes aimed specifically at the open cast and underground mining industry.
The four model Minemaster cranes are based on units from the company's standard line up, and includ the 15 tonne AT 15-3, 22 tonne AT 22, 25 tonne MAC 25-4 and 40 tonne AT 40.
The AT 15 and AT 22 have 17.9 metre booms, while the MAC 25 and AT 40 feature 18.4 and 19.8 metre booms respectively. The company has said each crane can be further customised to meet local safety requirements, with a number of ‘mine spec’ options including rear body handrails, external overload warning lights, fan and belt guards, fire extinguishers, and a CAT/Anderson jump start kit.
