Orlando Bloom and his fiancé Katy Perry looked like the perfect pair as they dressed as a doctor and a syringe in a shot for Halloween on Sunday.
The 44-year-old actor and his partner, 37, appeared in costume in a silly Instagram captioned: 'I vaxed a girl and I liked it,' a nod to Perry's 2008 song I Kissed A Girl.
Bloom sported a white medical coat and matching Crocs as well as a blue nurse's uniform.
