No drug was in possession of Aryan Khan at time of raid

Mumbai, Nov 01 (UNI) Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, did not had possession of Drug
at the time of Cruise ship off Mumbai Coast said Sam D'souza, who was was prime suspect in the case.
Speaking to APB majha, news Channel here today Mr D'souza clarified that Mr Kiran Gosavi is merely fraud. He was not not aware about the money deals to release Aryan Khan. He said he had recieved phone call from onen Sunil Patil, who said he had some tip-off about Cruise Ship rave Party and asked to givthee conctact number of
of NCB officer.
Mr D'souza further said that he had received call from Sunil Patil, that there is one big fish of Bollywood Industry, who was that, after identifying Aryan Khan, he asked do the middlemen roll, on which he was contacted one of his friend Ranjeet Bidra, through him we had meeting with Shah Rukh Khan's manager Ms pooja Dadlani. .
Mr Kiran Gosavi was doing fraud, that time he keep himself from this episode, S'souza said and added that when sunil patil asked me to take money from Prabhakar Sail there after I had taken Rs 38 lakh then five lakh. from unknown person send by Ms Pooja. When he came to known about fraud he recollect money and given back to concern person, he added.
Mr D'souza said he has already made affidavite to appear before the Special Investigating team of Maharashtra Police. His family members were receiving phone calls from different numbers, he stated.
