So for context, I was running Fierce 5 Novice programme for about 1.5 years (had some interruptions due to covid) and now I'm finally ready to move on to a split. My goal is to pack on muscle and become big. In particular are the sets and rep ranges ok?
Squats 3x5 leg press 3x8 romanian deadlifts 3x8 Calf Raises 3x15 Plank 3x60seconds (working towards 60 seconds) Crunches 3x15
Someone else suggested do hybrid fierce 5 (so upper A, lower A, full body A in one week, upper B, lower B, full body B in the next week. How does that fare compared to my above workout?)
