November 3: Akkad Bakkad Rafu Chakkar on Amazon Prime Video

This web series marks Raj Kaushal’s last directorial venture. Led by Vicky Arora, it also stars Anuj Rampal, Swati Semwal, Mohan Agashe and Manish Chaudhari in key roles. The story revolves around Bhargav Sharma (played by Vicky Arora) and his friends, who hatch a plan to open a bank, get people to deposit money in it and flee with the moolah. Leaving viewers with ample food for thought, the show promises to be an interesting watch.

November 5: Meenakshi Sundareshwar on Netflix

The movie features Meenakshi and Sundareshwar’s journey of love. It promises to be a beautiful and relatable depiction of newlywed couples, long-distance relationships, career choices and the many other challenges that come along the way. Starring Sanya Malhotra and Abhimanyu Dassani, the film marks Vivek Soni’s feature film debut.

November 5: Tryst With Destiny on SonyLIV

This anthology draws parallels between Jawaharlal Nehru’s speech and independent India. It raises the question whether we are really free from socio-cultural issues that have haunted us since time immemorial? This question, it asks through four different modern-day subjects — casteism, racism, corruption and conservation. It stars Jaideep Ahlawat, Ashish Vidyarthi, Vineet Kumar Singh, among others.
