The Hyundai Grand i10 is one of the more popular compact hatchbacks in India. While globally it was introduced as a replacement for the i10, in India, the car was launched as a separate model, to compete with the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Swift. In 2019, Hyundai also launched the latest-gen version of the car with the Grand i10 Nios. However, if you are planning to buy a pre-owned Hyundai Grand i10, here are some pros and cons that you should know about.
Pros
1. The Hyundai Grand i10 is quite a spacious hatchback and can seat 4 adults with ease.
2. Depending on the model you get, the car also gets decent features like LED DRLs, alloy wheels, a touchscreen infotainment system and more.
3. The Grand i10 comes in both petrol and diesel engine choices. The former also came with an optional 4-speed automatic unit.
4. The newer Grand i10 Nios gets an optional AMT unit with both petrol and diesel option, plus Hyundai also offers a CNG trim.
5. The Grand i10 has been on sale in the market since 2013, so you will be no shortage of options in the used car space.

Cons
1. The Grand i10 is not the most attractive car. The older-gen model, which is what you will get in the used car market also missed out on featured like projector headlamps or LED taillights.
2. The Cabin of the Grand i10 has quite dated the materials and the plastic quality used inside is also not the best.
3. Most premium features we mentioned above are only available with the top-end trim. So, if they are your priority, then your options will be less.
4. The new-gen Grand i10 Nios is still very new in the market, so you won't get many options if that's what you want. And even if you get one it won't exactly be cheap.
