WTB Want to purchase brand new 1 TB external hard disc

Hi I want to purchase 1/2 TB external hard disc which can last for a long term and has after sales good service also. So which one should I go for. Money is not a problem for me. So suggest me good best one as per your experience and which should have a very very fast speed/transfer rate in copying or downloading data

Nowadays ssds are popular Like samsungs T5,T7 very compact less prone to damages. Very tiny. Easy to carry. And an advantage works with Usb C devices too. So as you know todays devices are most of Usb c so easy to tranfer files from computer to ssd and then accessing it in phones. And have much better transfer rate than HDDs
