The AMD Ryzen Skyesports Championship 3.0, the annual flagship esports tournament of Chennai-based Skyesports, was a whopping success, witnessing 1 Lakh+ participants across the South Asian sub-continent. It was organized between August 19 and October 24, where popular gamers and streamers competed for six top esports titles and a massive prize pool of INR 5.5 million split across winners of six of South Asia’s favorite games, namely Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), VALORANT, Clash of Clans, Brawl Stars and JetSynthesys’ popular cricket skill-based game Sachin Saga. The tournament was live-streamed on Skyesports’ YouTube and Facebook handles and amassed total viewership of 60 million+, peaking at 2.2 lakh concurrent viewers during the BGMI finals. The tournament concluded with an award ceremony hosted at Taj Land’s End, Mumbai, yesterday with Sachin Tendulkar, the Little Master as the guest of honor, and Dynamo Gaming, Mortal, Scout, Jonathan, Payal and many popular gaming influencers stood alongside Sachin Tendulkar at the event.
