MRF share price down 1.45 per cent

Shares of Ltd. traded 1.45 per cent up at Rs 78300.0 at around 12:40PM (IST) on Thursday. The stock had closed at Rs 79453.95 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 648.3 points lower at 60495.03 around the same time.


The scrip has climbed 17.28 per cent in the last one year till date, while the 30-share index has gained 49.04 per cent during the same period.

The stock's 52-week high price stood at Rs 98575.9 and the 52-week low price at Rs 63675.5.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 444 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 23.24, an EPS value of 3369.82 and a price-to-book value of 2.6. In the Nifty50 pack, 10 stocks traded in the green, while 40 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 27.84 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Sep-2021, while overseas investor and mutual funds' ownership stood at 19.54 per cent and 6.85 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 30-Jun-2021, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 4276.58 crore, down 12.26 per cent from the previous quarter's Rs 4874.2 crore and down 70.75 per cent from the year-ago quarter's Rs 2504.63 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 165.58 crore for the latest quarter.
