In the cricket matches, India vs Pakistan matches are considered as the crucial matches and the world eyes on those particular matches. Well, a similar thing happened recently when in the T20 World Cup match, India was playing against Pakistan, and the neighbouring team emerged as the winner with their powerful game. After the game, people in some parts of the country celebrated their win by bursting crackers. And, surely that didn’t go down well the government.
Recently, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday said that sedition law will be invoked against those who were celebrating Pakistan’s victory against India in the T20 World Cup match that took place in Dubai on Sunday.
In a tweet, Yogi Adityanath shared that sedition will be invoked against those celebrating the victory of Pakistan.
It is also reported that the UP government have so far registered cases against seven people in Bareilly, Agra, Budaun, Sitapur, Budaun and five people have been taken into custody. Currently, the investigation is going on in the case.
Earlier, on Tuesday, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut shared a video in which he allegedly claimed that the victory of Pakistan and Pakistan’s win was celebrated and Pro-Pakistan slogans were raised in Kashmir during the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Jammu and Kashmir.

Talking about India vs Pakistan match, Pakistan defeated India by 10 wickets. This is for the first time when Pakistan defeated India in World Cup matches and with this, they surely scripted history.
In another news, a truck ran over a divider near the Tikri border that led to the death of three women who were sitting near the farmers’ protest site. It is reported that the women were sitting on the driver and were waiting for an auto-rickshaw when a speeding truck hit them that led to their death.
