Imphal, October 27 2021: In connection with the recent incident at Palace Compound, Chief Minister visited Pandit Loishang office and met its members this afternoon.

It may be noted that a fresh row erupted a few days back over the commencement of construction of temple/shrine inside Pandit Loishang premises which the members of the Pandit Loishang have been opposing.

Following the meeting, the CM took to Facebook to post, "After a thorough discussion, it was agreed that the unfortunate incident happened due to certain misunderstandings.

All the parties involved have agreed to continue dialogue and resolve the matter at earliest".

"We won't allow the peace and harmony to be disturbed by some misunderstanding," he added.
