MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited (MEP) in Joint Venture with Ozoneland Private Limited has received a Letter of Award (LOA) dated October 25, 2021, from the Public Works Department (PWD), Government of Maharashtra for a road project.
The project is “HAM PN - 153 improvements to Solapur Ring Road SH 205 km 0/00 to 28/800, 29/800 to 44/600, 48/400 to 54/150 and km 62/00 to 66/550, in the state of Maharashtra under Hybrid Annuity Mode,” company said in a filing.
The construction period is 730 Days from the Appointed Date. Concession Period: 10 years (excluding Construction Period of 730 Days). The Bid Project Cost is Rs183.42cr and first year O&M Cost is Rs3.33cr.
The Company will receive Semi-Annual Annuity from PWD, Government of Maharashtra post Commercial Operation Date (COD).
At around 2.18 pm, MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd was trading at Rs21.90 per piece up by Rs0.1 or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs21.80 per piece on the BSE.
