Ooredoo Tunisia revenue increases 6% in first 9 months

Wednesday 27 October 2021 | 09:49 CET | News
Ooredoo Tunisia said its revenues increased by 6 percent to KWD 100.6 million in the first nine months to 30 September compared with KWD 94.7 million in the same period in 2020. EBITDA rose to KWD 42.3 million. The customer base in Tunisia shrank to 7.2 million customers as Ooredoo Tunisia changed its reporting methodology for prepaid customers, from the original life-cycle definition to the 90 days' activity definition. This translates into a drop in the reported customer base of approximately 1.6 million, with no impact on the reported financials.
