Imphal, October 26 2021: Naga People's Organisation (NPO), Senapati District Students' Association (SDSA) and Senapati District Women Association (SDWA) along with its constituent units resolved to re-endorse and re-affirm the resolution of NPO Presidential Council meeting held on September 24 to boycott the Go to Hills 2.0 programme of the state government.

A joint press release issued by presidents of NPO, SDSA and SDWA informed that the resolution was taken at the joint consultation meeting of the tribal bodies held at NPO conference hall on Tuesday.

"The demand to convene a special session of Manipur Legislative Assembly to table the HAC recommended Bill, 2021 is genuine and until such time the state government's programme Go to Hills 2.0 will be boycotted in Senapati district", it said.
