Govt recently disinvested its stake in Air India
The Supreme Court set up a panel of experts to investigate whether the government used the Pegasus spyware to track opposition leaders, activists, tycoons, judges and journalists. A "vague denial from the government is not sufficient", said the court on Wednesday.

Maruti Suzuki India Ltd posted a 65.3 per cent plunge in second-quarter net profit, as a worldwide semiconductor shortage hammered production at the country's largest carmaker. Maruti cut its production by 60 per cent in September, citing the shortage, and said its passenger car sales dipped 67.4 per cent for the month.

Amarinder Singh, who was forced out by the Congress party as Punjab’s chief minister, has said he will form a new political party in Punjab before elections next year. "We have many, many leaders with us, it'll be revealed who is with us once the party is announced," he said at a press conference in Chandigarh.
