The Panchkula police have registered a case against several vocational teachers for pelting stones and beating up policemen during a protest held here yesterday.

A woman cop, Anju Rani, in her complaint, stated that the vocational teachers started their march from the Sector 5 ground to Sector 18. After reaching Sector 18 on the Chandigarh border, the protesters tried to cross the barricading done by the Panchkula police and the Chandigarh Police.
