'No Question of Conscious Possession': Aryan Khan's Counsel | Mukul Rohatgi, arguing for Aryan Khan in the Bombay High Court for his bail plea, said there was no question of conscious possession in the case. "Arbaaz Merchant is not my servant, he is not in my control," argued Rohatgi on behalf of Aryan.

The NCB on Tuesday filed its affidavit in response to the bail plea filed by Aryan Khan in the HC.

Aryan Khan's Counsel: Treat Them as Victims, Not Hardened Criminals | "I didn't consume anything and there was a party," argued Mukul Rohatgi on behlaf of Aryan Khan for his bail plea in the Bombay HC. "It's a conspiracy when nothing has happened. It is nobody's case that there is any connection between my client and those present there. You are sent to a rehab for small quantity. That is the spirit. The law is clear, you treat them as victims and not as hardened criminals. Social Ministry in Delhi has taken this approach. Approach isn't to send to jail, but to send to rehab," he said.

Aryan Khan: Not Concerned With Any Controversy | "I am not concerned with with any controversy. I am not connected with Panch 1 or Panch 2, nor am I accusing any officer of the NCB," argued Mukul Rohatgi in the Bombay HC for Aryan's Khan's bail. Witness Prabhakar Sail had recently made allegations of a big pay-off to the NCB, adding that Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of the NCB, was also involved.

NCB Mumbai Director Wankhede Visits Delhi Headquarters | Sameer Wankhede, the Narcotics Control Bureau’s Mumbai zonal director who is leading the probe in the cruise drugs case in which actor Shah Rukh Khan‘s son Aryan Khan is arrested, visited the agency’s headquarters here on Tuesday and spent over two hours. Aryan Khan Not Just Consumer, Involved in Drug Trafficking: NCB to HC | The Narcotics Control Bureau opposed the bail plea filed by actor Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, who was arrested earlier this month in the cruise drugs seizure case, alleging the 23-year-old was not just a consumer of drugs, but also involved in illicit drug trafficking. The agency also claimed that Aryan Khan and a woman named Pooja Dadlani, Shah Rukh Khan's manager, were tampering with the evidence and witnesses in the case in an attempt to derail the investigation.
