I don't know about any of that, I use to do planks for 3 years straight and it didn't do much of anything. Therefore, I did bench press, squats, and deadlifts that increases those benefits even further. So, just have a proper diet and a solid routine that would benefit those even further, but it just my opinion, just do you my guy!
