NEW DELHI: Tech Mahindra(Rs. 1414.20 crore), IRCTC(Rs. 1407.94 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 1179.13 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 865.88 crore), Bank of Baroda(Rs. 519.33 crore), Indian Energy Exchg(Rs. 443.93 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 417.43 crore), PNB(Rs. 412.44 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 401.04 crore) and TCS(Rs. 383.40 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:14AM in Tuesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 104.1 points up at 18229.5, while BSE Sensex was up 298.85 points at 61265.9 as of 10:14AM(IST)on October 26.
In the Nifty index, Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 5.92 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 4.75 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 2.38 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 2.23 per cent) and UPL Ltd.(up 2.23 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, ICICI Bank Ltd.(down 1.15 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(down 1.00 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(down 0.65 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(down 0.60 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 0.36 per cent) were among the top losers.
