Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pragya Singh Thakur is back in the headlines amidst the Ashram web series controversy. Recently, Bajrang Dal workers vandalised the sets of Ashram season 3 in Bhopal as they said that the makers of the show should change the name of the web series. And, if such activity continues then Bharat Bhakti Akhada will set up a separate department and they read the script of the films and only the movies will be allowed to release.
She also said that if people do such activity then she will take action against such people and will write a letter to Censor Board and will ask them to take strict action against such people.
Pragya Thakur also said that the sentiments of Hindus are being hurt through the medium of movies and this should stop, not just in Madhya Pradesh but in the entire country.
She was even heard saying that no filmmakers come up and make movies on the subject like Love Jihad and Jameen Jihad.
Earlier, Pragya Thakur was in the news as her video of playing Kabaddi went viral. She was then heard saying that whoever circulated her video is a Ravana and Karma will take its course of action against him.
