Altron revenues up 2% in H1

Technology company Altron said its revenues increased by 2 percent year on year to ZAR 3.5 billion for the six months ended 31 August. Operating profit was up by 71 percent to ZAR 173 million and headline earnings per share increased 238 percent to ZAR 0.11. Cash generated from operations climbed 79 percent to ZAR 527 million and it declared an interim dividend of ZAR 0.007 per share. The Own Platform segment generated 6 percent more revenue year on year at ZAR 1.4 billion and operating income rose by 27 percent to  ZAR 251 million.
