FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, which runs online marketplace Nykaa, on Monday said its initial public offering (IPO) will be open from October 28 to November 1.
The price band for the offer has been fixed at Rs 1,085 to Rs 1,125 per equity share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 12 equity shares and in multiples of 12 equity shares thereafter, the company said in a release.
The offer comprises of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 630 crore and an offer for sale of up to 41,972,660 shares by the existing shareholders.

The offer also includes a reservation of up to 2,50,000 shares by eligible employees, while 10 per cent of the net offer will be available for allocation to retail individual bidders.
Founded by Falguni Nayar in 2012, Nykaa is one of the leading lifestyle focused consumer technology platforms in the country. Since its launch, Nykaa has also expanded into Nykaa Fashion and Nykaa Man. Nykaa offers 4,078 brands and has over 3.1 million product stock keeping units.
Last week, the company announced acquisition of homegrown skincare brand Dot & Key. It was the first acquisition of a direct to customer (D2C) beauty brand by Nykaa. Following the deal, Dot & Key will be included in the beauty platform's stable of owned brands.
