Dispute between Wangkhei AC and Khurai AC residents

Imphal, October 24 2021: A dispute arose between residents of Wangkhei AC and Khurai AC today over an issue of dirty water being drained into Porompat Khurai Thangjam Leikai Pukhri Achouba.

The incident occurred around 10:30 am and caused a skirmish which led to several vehicles being damaged.

However, before things could escalate or take a tragic turn, a police team led by Roni Mayengbam, Additional SP, Imphal East, brought the situation under control.
