Seemapuri, police said on Monday.
On Sunday, police received information from the

On reaching the shop, they found its owner, Narsingh, consuming alcohol with another person while the relative was also present there, the police said.
A fight broke out, and an inebriated Narsingh attacked the group of friends with a pair of scissors, following which they fled, the DCP said.
Later, two of them were shifted to the hospital, the police said, adding that a case has been registered under sections 302 (murder), 307 (attempt to murder) and 34 (common intention) of the Indian Penal Code at Seemapuri police station.
