K Robindro urges public to re-elect BJP Govt

Imphal, October 24 2021: Deputy speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly and Mayang Imphal MLA K Robindro has appealed to people of the state to elect BJP candidates in the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election so that the current government which is working as per pulse of the people could retain power.

Robindro stated this during an executive committee meeting of BJP Mayang Imphal Mandal and BJP Mahila Morcha Mayang Imphal held at his residence on Sunday.

During the meeting, Robindro said that the present government led by chief minister N Biren has been working as per pulse of the people and it was during the tenure of the present government that ILP system has been extended to the state and frequent blockades along national highways of the state had almost stopped in the past four and half years.

The present government led by BJP has also managed to improve law & order situation and bring the state to the path of development, he said.

While stating that the second phase of Ujjwala scheme will begin soon, Robindro appealed to all concerned to ensure that all eligible poor families of the constituency get benefit of the scheme and are providing cooking gas set.

He also said that preparation is going on to organise the second phase of 'Go to village' soon and appealed to people to get benefits of government schemes during the programme.
