Megan Thee Stallion kicks off 'Hottieween' season in a Hellraiser Pinhead costume: 'I am pain!'

Three-time Grammy winner Megan Thee Stallion kicked off the 'Hottieween' season on Sunday by unveiling her Hellraiser Pinhead costume designed by Bryan Hearns.

Stylist Zerina Akers revealed the nightmarish look was inspired by Gottmik's Marco Marco creation from the 13th season finale of RuPaul's Drag Race, which aired April 23 on VH1.

Make-up artist Lauren 'Lahluvie' Sinclair applied the 26-year-old hip-hop It Girl's cenobite make-up for the shoot captured by photographer Marcelo Cantu.

Fans of Megan can expect at least one more elaborate costume from her before next Sunday's spooky festivities.

This Friday, the Popeyes collaborator will drop her mixtape Something for Thee Hotties: From Thee Archives featuring freestyle raps and other unreleased rarities.

As for live performances, Megan headlines Powerhouse The Return this Friday at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia alongside Roddy Ricch and Saweetie.

Stallion will graduate from Texas Southern University 'in December' with a degree in health administration, and she plans on opening an assisted-living facility.
