Covid-19: Kalyan Dombivli reports 43 new cases, 2 deaths
Kalyan Dombivli is now left with 501 active cases
THANE: The twin cities of Kalyan and Dombivli in Maharashtra's Thane district reported 43 new Covid-19 cases on Saturday.
According to the latest data by Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC), most of the cases came up in Dombivli east (17), followed by 14 in Kalyan west, five in Kalyan east 10 and four in Dombivli west.
Two persons tested positive in Manda-Titwala region, while one new case was reported in the Mohane region.
Also, two more deaths were reported in the KDMC limits.
At present, 501 patients are undergoing treatment for Covid-19 in Kalyan and Dombivli combined.

On the other hand, 66 persons recovered from the infection on Saturday, taking the total number of recoveries to 1,40,772.
