DCW Chairperson stated, "I am very anguished over the incident. It is a matter of great concern and shame that we have to go through with such matters of sexual assault with small children on frequent basis. It is a complete failure of system which is unable to prevent cases of rape with small girls."
"We have raised such issues in the past as well but these cases do not seem to be over. Only stringent measures can stop incidents of rapes with girls. The accused must be arrested and punished," Maliwal added.
