Ventoy is an open source tool to create bootable USB drive for ISO files. With ventoy, you don't need to format the disk again and again, you just need to copy the iso file to the USB drive and boot it.

Flash ventoy to usb and copy all the ISOs you want to the open partition. With this you don’t have to reformat usb every time to try a distro. Has a massive list of supported distros. I put like 10 distros on a 32gb usb and tried(live version) all of them without formatting usb.
