    Restoring rusty plates

    Hey guys,

Bought a bunch of plates and they are rusty as hell. I used a wire brush and they look 10x better but not perfect.. I'm ready to paint them I think at this stage. Not sure of any additional prep that would be needed.

Everywhere I read online says to used Rustoleum hammered spray paint. This paint is sold out in every store in my area. Not sure if there is a shortage or what but I cant get my hands on this paint.. the price on amazon is ridiculous. ($50/can srs...)

What other alternatives can be used to restore weights back to new looking?

What other products have you guys used with success?

    Thanks in advance.
