Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan drug case live updates: Sameer Wankhede denies allegations by witness Prabhakar Sail

The filmmaker recently penned a strongly-worded note on the latest allegations against the Narcotics Control Bureau and its zonal director, Sameer Wankhede demanding him (Sameer) to resign.

Earlier in the day, a new development in the Aryan Khan case took place, when an independent witness named Prabhakar Sail revealed that he was allegedly asked to sign blank documents by NCB. Now the Narcotics Control Bureau has issued an official statement where Zonal director Sameer Wankhede has denied such allegations by the witness.

As investigations in the Mumbai Cruise Drugs case continue, the bodyguard of NCB witness Kiran Gosavi, Prabhakar Rohoji Sail alleged that Gosavi took Rs 50 lakh from an individual after the raid on the cruise ship.

Sail further claimed in an affidavit that he overheard Gosavi telling one Sam D'Souza that "you put a bomb of Rs 25 crore, let's settle for Rs 18 crore and give 8 crore to Sameer Wankhede," reports Live Law

Reacting to the allegations made by Sail, Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut in a tweet wrote, "Witness in #AryanKhan case made to sign on blank paper by NCB is shocking. Also, there are reports that there was a demand of huge money. CM Uddhav Thackeray said that these cases are made to defame Maharashtra. This seems to be coming through Maharashtra home minister Dilip Walse Patil. Police should take a suo-moto cognizance"

Sail also alleged that he was called to the NCB office and was asked by Sameer Wakhende, the NCB official investigating the case, to sign as a panch witness of the case and his signature was taken on as many as 10 blank papers.

"On the night of the raid, I reached the place around 9:45am. He asked me to stand near a car and somebody gave me two bags filled with cash for Gosavi. I took it to Vashi at Gosavi's home and gave it to him. Right after this, I saw that Kiran Gosavi packing bags and leaving for somewhere," he alleged.

Prabhakar Sail, the bodyguard of KP Gosavi (a private detective and NCB witness whose picture with Aryan Khan went viral), has alleged that Gosavi took Rs 50 lakh from an individual after the raid at the cruise ship.
