Question Incline bench won't go up

Hi new on this forums, I had a question about the incline bench and why it won't go up. I do 3x5 on incline and I did 3x5 with good form but when I put a 5lbs increase I failed on fourth rep on first set and I've Been stuck there. I'm also gaining strength on all lifts except on incline bench(even on overhead press). What is the problem?

There could be many reasons why. It's not uncommon to get stuck on one lift and gain in others. One of them being that if you want to gain in a particular lift, sometimes you have to change up your workout to put focus on that lift, but many other factors come in to play...

Do you ever change your rep range?

How long have you been lifting?

    What is your routine?

Diet? (maybe, but if you're gaining in other lifts, diet might be fine)

Routine 3x a week main focus on bench ohp weighted chins and squats also I do some isolation for arms calves and rear delts. Reps for compounds I keep them between 4-8 and 3 to 4 sets for iso bit higher. Particularly on incline I do just 3x5 for 1 month now
