Halotel reaches 800 4G towers in 6 years since launch, wants 3 mln more customers by 2023

Halotel has deployed 800 4G communication towers in Tanzania in the past six years of its existence, The Guardian reported. Halotel business director Abdallah Salum said that towers have been deployed in every region of Zanzibar, most of them stationed in remote areas. He said that Halotel aims to increase its subscribers from the current 7 million to 10 million by 2023.
