Hyderabad: Cyberabad police announced on Friday that it was auctioning off all seized vehicles, and authorities set a deadline for vehicle owners to pick them up on October 30 at 1pm.
Cyberabad police said in a notice that the vehicles would be completed under Articles 3 and 5 of the Telangana State Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments 1999. on the web portal.http://eprocurement.telangana.gov.in
It should be noted that the e-auction will be held according to the order of the judge of the Cyberabad Metropolitan session, which was adopted on 4 August 2021. Ravinder and Sun Pariwar Group of Companies, via e-auction.
The bid is completely online, and the participation and sale will be subject to the terms and conditions. Prospective bidders must deposit the EMD by way of overpayment of money through the procedure and rules for payment gateway. Any net bank / credit / debit card issued by any bank will also be accepted through the ICICI gateway.
Bids that are conditional or those that do not have EMD receipts will be rejected and other bids received after the last set date will not be accepted, according to a press release from the Cyberabad police. To participate in the bidding process, bidders must submit their bids by logging on to the aforementioned website.
The sale price will be settled through the online auction through e-bid process. It should be noted that the email ID and contact number of the prospective bidder is mandatory, as all relevant communications, including the assignment of user ID and password, will be transmitted by email or SMS.
