Fixed broadband no longer worst-rated service in Spain

Electricity has taken over from fixed broadband and pay-TV as the worst-rated consumer service in Spain, according to the latest household survey conducted by communications and markets regulator CNMC. The findings show that 15.3 percent of Spanish households were dissatisfied or highly dissatisfied with their electricity service in the second quarter of 2021, followed by fixed broadband and fixed telephony with 13.0 percent and 12.2 percent respectively, an improvement on scores of 14.5 percent and 12.7 percent a year earlier.
