GAYATRI PROJECTS Share Price Up by 6%; BSE REALTY Index Up 1.8% Fri, 22 Oct 09:39 AM
GAYATRI PROJECTS share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 44.
Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 4,073 (up 1.8%).
Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today is GAYATRI PROJECTS (up 6.1%).
Over the last one year, GAYATRI PROJECTS has moved up from Rs 21 to Rs 44, registering a gain of Rs 23 (up 111.8%).
On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved up from 1,788 to 4,073, registering a gain of 2,285 points (up 126.8%) during the last 12 months.
The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 254.9%), INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 243.8%) and SOBHA (up 192.8%).

The BSE Sensex is at 61,332 (up 0.6%).
The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are TITAN (up 2.9%), HDFC (up 2.5%) and BAJAJ FINSERV (up 2.1%). Other gainers include BAJAJ AUTO (up 1.8%) and HDFC BANK (up 1.5%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and ONGC.
In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 18,297 (up 0.7%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include HDFC (up 2.7%), TITAN (up 2.7%) and BAJAJ FINSERV (up 2.0%). Other gainers include BAJAJ AUTO (up 1.7%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 1.7%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.
Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 40,544 to 61,332, registering a gain of 20,788 points (up 51.22%).
GAYATRI PROJECTS Financial Update...
GAYATRI PROJECTS net profit down at Rs 231 million for the quarter ended June 2021, compared to a loss of Rs 386 million a year ago. Net Sales declined 16.5% to Rs 9.0 billion during the period as against Rs 10.7 billion in April-June 2020.
For the year ended March 2021, GAYATRI PROJECTS reported 262.9% decrease in net profit to Rs 499.0 million compared to net loss of Rs 306.0 million during FY20.
Revenue of the company grew 13.4% to Rs 39 billion during FY21.
The current Price to earnings ratio of GAYATRI PROJECTS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 9.5x.
