In celebration of India administering 100 crore shots of the Covid-19 vaccine, the nation’s heritage monuments were illuminated in the tricolour on October 21. The historic Red Fort in Delhi was seen illuminated in the evening as a tribute to health professionals, frontline workers, scientists, vaccine manufacturers, citizens. Meanwhile, Pune’s historic Aga Khan hall was also drenched in tricolour. The initiative was taken by the Archaeological Survey of India.
