A fitness expert has revealed her recipe for mouthwatering protein pops and they are perfect for summer.

Rachel Dillon recently shared the yoghurt-based dessert recipe on her Instagram where it was seen by over 151k of her fans.

The desserts each have 10grams of protein and are super easy to make, according to the popular influencer.

Rachel shared three different versions of the recipe including Biscoff and banana, mango and macadamia and strawberry.

She also shared the dietary information which revealed how many calories in each of the desserts - with the Biscoff option the most luxurious.

She used fruit, nuts and Biscoff topping to decorate the protein pops

To make the pops Rachel blends the ingredients for each variety and poured them into a silicon mould. 

She then decorates with some of the toppings including sliced fruit and Biscoff sauce. 

The mould was then placed into the freezer overnight to set.

And the recipe appeared to be a hit with her fans with more than 13k people taking time to like and comment on the post.

Many of the comments were made up of people describing the desserts as delicious, while other people simply tagged their friends to share the recipe.

Rachel has more than a million followers on Instagram and is known for her excellent physique which earned her three bikini world champion titles.

How can I make these desserts at home? 

INGREDIENTS

 Biscoff and banana

90g Greek yoghurt 

30g banana

15g biscoff (half for topping)

165 Calories P: 10g F: 6g C: 18g

Mango and macadamia 

90g Greek yoghurt

40g mango

10g macadamia (topping)

146 Calories P: 10g F: 8g C: 10g 

 Strawberry

90g Greek yoghurt

50g strawberries (save 3 slices for topping)

65 Calories P: 10g F: 0g C: 6g

METHOD

1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into ice-cream mould and sprinkle with remaining topping.

3. Freeze overnight and enjoy.
