Nevada gov candidate shoots ‘CRT,’ ‘vaccine mandate’ beer bottles in campaign video

A gun-toting former New Yorker who’s running for governor of Nevada has released a campaign video of her shooting beer bottles with “critical race theory” and “vaccine mandates” scrawled on them.

Michele Fiore, a GOP Las Vegas city councilwoman, released the fiery video of herself wearing a red dress with a handgun strapped to her waist as she announced her gubernatorial run this week.

Standing in front of a pickup truck bearing a Trump 2024 bumper sticker in the middle of the desert, Fiore revealed her “three shot plan” if she gets elected next year.

She then unholstered her gun to fire at three beer bottles labeled “vaccine mandates,” “critical race theory” and “voter fraud.”

The debate over critical race theory has been raging in Nevada school districts in the last year, with angry parents protesting at some school board meetings with signs reading “No CRT” and “CRT teaches racism.”

Protests have also erupted over Nevada’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates after Nevada’s Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered all state employees to get the shot.

Fiore, who is originally from Brooklyn, is joining a crowded race, hoping to unseat Sisolak.

The candidates blame Sisolak’s COVID-19 mandates and restrictions for the state’s sluggish economic recovery.

“I’ve spent my whole life fighting the establishment,” Fiore said in her campaign video.

Fiore also served from 2012 to 2016 in Nevada’s Assembly, where she opposed tax increases and supported gun rights.

She also gained national attention several years ago when she threw her support behind rancher Cliven Bundy during armed standoffs between militiamen and federal agents in Nevada in 2014 and Oregon in 2016.
