The Compass is Jeep India's most affordable SUV in the country and when the company first launched the car in India, it was priced just perfectly. It was not too premium a pricing and the strategy definitely worked in the company's favour as the sales poured in. While the made-in-India Compass was tasting success with customers in India, other manufacturers were upgrading their products in the country and with the 2021 Compass, Jeep has done exactly that. - The facelift brings in a new colour for the Compass and also there's now less chrome on the SUV, so it looks smart and very premium as well
- The Compass gets the Uconnect connectivity suite and so it's a connected car and hence comes with a lot of features than before. You get wireless Apple Carplay, Android Auto, wireless charging and more.

- While we said that the Jeep Compass was feature rich, it still lacks in some departments. So you don't get a 12V power outlet up front and there are features like the 6 airbags on offer, where the company could have offered more
- Well we ask for more features because the price is premium this time around. Though it is still the most affordable Jeep SUV money can buy, the price has certainly risen by quite a lot. With the top-spec priced at almost ₹ 35 lakh on-road, it treads into the land of SUVs like the Skoda Karoq, VW T-Roc and even the Hyundai Tucson.
