Computer Age Management Services Ltd has informed that the Stakeholder Relationship Committee, at its meeting held on Wednesday, has allotted 77,950 equity shares of Rs.10/- to the employees of the company pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme 2019.
Further, consequent to the allotment, the Paid up Share Capital of the company will accordingly increase from Rs. 48,82,55,200/- to Rs. 48,90,34,700/-, said company in a regulatory filing.
Recently, CAMS has launched account aggregator platform to easily access and share financial data for the customers.
At around 9:16 AM, Computer Age Management Services was trading at Rs3,081 apiece down by 0.34% on Sensex.
