Imphal, October 20 2021: Former IMC Ward Number 3 corporator Hijam Nutanchandra, who would be contesting the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly election from Thangmeiband assembly constituency, inaugurated a newly constructed building of Apunba Naharol Yaipha Thousil Kanglup (ANYTK), Thangmeiband Khoirom Leikai and a Meira Shanglen of Khoirom Meinam Women's Welfare Association (Meira Paibi) on Wednesday.

The construction of the two buildings was carried out under the first instalment of the 15th finance commission 2019-20 and he completed the same from own sources, Nutanchandra said.

He also assured of bringing inclusive development in the constituency if he got elected.

ANYTK founder president Hijam Ghanashyam and former president Hodam Dory were also present at the inauguration function.
