Apple Black Friday Deals 2021: Deals you can shop today

You’ll be shocked how many Apple deals are floating around, spurred on by retailers like Amazon starting their Black Friday deals earlier than ever. If we’re being pedantic, this technically makes them Apple Black Friday deals you can shop today — and shop them you should, as must-have items like the iPad 10.2 are already on backorder with a shipping window of between November 18 and December 7, and that’s climbing by the day.

This is happening because of the ongoing microchip shortage we’ve all heard so much about, which is preventing manufacturers from producing their must-have products, so retailers can’t stock the shelves, and we as consumers can’t buy them. It doesn’t look like the situation will recover this side of the New Year, so you should really consider shopping the Apple Black Friday deals happening now if you want them to arrive in time for the holidays.

Today’s Best Apple Deals

AirPods Pro — $197, was $249

Apple Airpods Pro in Case

The AirPods Pro shouldn’t need an introduction. These popular true wireless earbuds are sweat-resistant, come with active noise-canceling to eliminate background sound and have interchangeable silicone ear tips that makes them more comfortable to wear for extended listening sessions. The AirPods Pro can last up to 4.5 hours on a single charge with noise-canceling enabled, and are on sale at Amazon today for $197, down from $249.

Apple Watch Series 6 — $329, was $399

Discontinued and replaced with the Apple Watch Series 7 earlier this month, the Apple Watch Series 6 is still one of the best smartwatches money can buy and it’s on sale for only $329 — down $70 from the usual $399. It’s in stock too, while Apple currently has the newer Apple Watch Series 7 on backorder until December 6. The main difference between the two? The Series 7 has a brighter screen, a newer chipset and charges faster.

The Apple Watch Series 7 is also a little larger and has less space around the screen, and has a crack-resistant screen with IP6X dust resistance. But the main thing to note here is that they’re all added luxuries: If it’s just a smartwatch you’re after to receive notifications, place calls, track workouts, and you aren’t fussed about having the crème de la crème, then you’ll love the Apple Watch Series 6 and the $70 that comes with it today.

Apple iPad 10.2 — $329

We know, we know — there’s no discount here, but we need to  include the iPad 10.2 on this list. The tablet, which is by far the most popular in the iPad lineup, is already on backorder at Apple and Amazon, with shipping dates spanning between November 18 and December 7. Our advice here is to not wait for a deal and instead order the iPad 10.2 at retail price if you want it to arrive in time for the holidays. Don’t be caught out here, please.

Should You Shop Black Friday Apple Deals Now?

It’s no secret that Apple dominates holiday wishlists, so people hoping to use the Black Friday Apple deals as a chance to do Santa’s work on the cheap will need to shop right now or you run the risk of the item not arriving in time. Regardless of whether you’re shopping for Black Friday Apple Watch deals or Black Friday iPad deals, or Black Friday AirPods deals or Black Friday MacBook deals, the situation and our advice is exactly the same: Shop now to avoid disappointment.

To be frank, the Black Friday Apple deals we’re seeing today bring such substantial discounts that it’s hard to imagine a world where many of these products can be much cheaper on Black Friday itself — maybe an extra $10 or $20 off, if anything. At the rate they’re going on backorder, it’s possible that retailers will be instructed to stop taking orders of hot-ticket items and instead mark them as out of stock, similar to what Amazon is doing with certain iPad models.
